At Nurospark, we are committed to providing high-quality digital educational products and services. Due to the nature of our digital products, we have a strict no-refund policy. Please read the policy details carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Refund Policy

All courses, certifications, and diploma programs, are final and digital products so these are non-refundable.

2. Exceptions for Medical Emergencies

• The request is accompanied by verifiable medical documentation, including a doctor’s report and relevant medical records.
• The refund will only be applicable to the deposited fees; the initial booking amount and any amount less than ₹5,000 are non-refundable.

In such cases, we may consider a partial refund of 50% of the deposited fees.

3. Non-Refundable Amounts

The booking amount and any payments less than ₹5,000 are strictly non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request due to a medical emergency is approved, 50% of the deposited fees will be refunded to your original method of payment within 14 business days. All refund requests and documentation should be sent to cancellation@nurospark.com.
